I am Nicola Gazzetta, a Qigong instructor. I will now introduce myself and tell you something about my experience. I’ve been practicing Qigong and Meditation for more than seven years. My training and Certification took place in London with Master Ching-Wen Yang, part of an ancient Taiwanese lineage with over thirty years of study in the field of Qigong and Meditation.

Within my teaching, I share the practice of “Foo Ming Qigong”, an exclusive technique developed by Master Ching-Wen Yang, extracting the essence of Taoist and Tibetan Buddhist Qigong. “Foo Ming” is a term from “Tao te Ching”, whose authorship was attributed to Laozi, that means back to the origins of life, the true hearth of Qigong. Get to know this ancient art with me, where Foo Ming Qigong translates in Balance, Wellbeing and the return to the origin of life.

My journey with the practice of Qigong Everything has started in London, where I’ve got deeply interested by the healing applications of Qigong and I’ve felt a strong desire to become a teacher and healer.

After a short research, I’ve found my Teacher, Master Ching-Wen Yang, and I’ve immediately decided to start a private course that would have allowed me to teach. Although, I’ve received the Teaching Certification three years ago, I’m still taking regular lessons from Master Yang to deepen my practice. I’ve felt the benefits of Qigong from the very beginning.

Benefits that have brought about enormous improvements to my wellbeing. I’ve improved my posture with the effect of eliminating various back pain issues, and thanks to my constant practice and the detoxifying effect of Qigong I’ve got rid of bad habits. I’ve felt a boost of vitality never experienced before. Vitality that has increased my self esteem, focus, creativity and balanced my immune system. Thanks to all of these benefits, the desire for sharing the teaching grew, so I could help other people experiencing the same. I can never thank Master Ching Wen-Yang enough for sharing his knowledge and for illuminating my path.

Master Yang has studied Qigong and Meditation in Taiwan for more than thirty years, and has been trained by various Qigong and Healing Masters, including Tsangar Tulku Rinpoche, Qigong Master Mr Lim Hai Ping and Daoist doctor Chen Zong Guang.

Before he moved to London, where he taught for almost thirty years, he gained precious knowledge from the Taoist and Tibetan Buddhist traditions, and extracting the essence of them, he was able to make it easy to grasp for a western audience. Master Yang has developed an advanced technique of Qi particles exchange, a unique method of Qigong Healing. His mission is to share and adapt this ancient practice to a wider audience, allowing more people to benefit from it.
